Conception

Budget Monitoring Center (BMC) of Petrozavodsk State University was established on March, 23, 2003. The Center is organization department of the university. Basic principles of PetrSU BMC are determined by the Russian Federation Education Act, the Russian Federation Law on the Science and State Research and Technology Policy, the Statute of PetrSU and Organization Act of BMC.

The mission of PertSU BMC is realization of independent analyses and projections of social and economic development of Russian society as well as the development of labor market, budgetary policy and educational services in the country.

The main aims of PetrSU BMC are:

• budgetary monitoring, application budgetary study, analytics and comparison to the development countries;
• analyses and prognoses of development of federal and regional labor market and educational services market;
• realization of variety educational and information actions on such subjects like open budget, labor market and educational services market.
